Each year’s log comprises a list of the cruises for that year with dates and distance covered, together with a map showing the tracks recorded. The track colour corresponds to the relevant cruise.
The map is dynamic, in that you can
- zoom in and pan around to see detail
- change the information displayed between the options shown, to include or exclude place/street annotations
- if you select the GoogleEarth display, you have the usual GoogleEarth options
- by clicking on the small magnifying glass in the red square, the map opens in a separate larger window.
